MANILA, Philippines (CORRECTED) - Kingson Sian, Megaworld Corp. executive director and president of Travellers International Hotel Group, said the Andrew Tan group is in talks with the government for the possible financing of the extension of the NAIA Expressway extension.

The project involves building an elevated road that runs from NAIA's Sales Interchange that is linked to the Skyway all the way to Pagcor City on Macapagal Avenue.

Andrew Tan's Alliance Global, which tied up with Genting Hong Kong to form Travellers, is one of Pagcor City's four licensees.

Sian said all four investors have been in discussion with the government for possible funding of half of the P15.9-billion project, partly meant to give international gamers easy access from the airport to Pagcor City.

The NAIA Expressway extension, or Phase 2, is one of the PPP projects announced by the Aquino government this year.
